Yes, I'm talking to you.

Hello, Friend.

I'm Hilary, and I'm going to jump right in.

I spent over a decade getting it done at Stanford University—coaching, building and running programs, facilitating, and earning my reputation. As a trauma and PTSD survivor, my self-worth had been compromised. So, I hustled. Hard. But no matter how hard I worked, I could never quite get there. It was never enough.

Then, in late 2023, I hit my limit and walked away. (Yep, just like that.) And from that moment, Into the Woods was born—my dream of a safe space for women, a private sanctuary nestled in seven acres of forest. A place where we can reconnect with nature, learn to love ourselves, and most importantly, take back our self-worth.

Come be seen and heard. Learn what you wish they’d taught you in school. Find the courage to put it into practice.

Oh, and you won’t be alone. I’ll be right beside you. Every. Single. Step.

Promise.
