Through guided worksheets, you’ll pinpoint a boundary you need, craft a statement to communicate it, and develop a simple starting plan to advocate for yourself.

This free 60-minute workshop is an introduction to practicing self-compassion and embracing your imperfections with grace. As a condensed version of No Wonder, Of Course, this session will introduce you to two transformative phrases that help reframe self-critical thoughts and create a foundation for self-love. Through guided journaling, you’ll write a letter to yourself offering reassurance and understanding, followed by a meditation that strengthens your sense of self-acceptance.
