About Your Instructor
Hilary Clark
After more than a decade teaching at Stanford University, Hilary brought her expertise home to focus on women in her community. As a certified coach, mediator, and facilitator, she guides women to create real, lasting change—not with theory, but with practical tools that work in everyday life. Her approach is one-of-a-kind: as a trauma and PTSD survivor, she knows firsthand the power of mental health practices and weaves them into everything she teaches.
