Cognitive distortions are irrational thoughts that shape how you see the world, and how you feel and act. It’s normal to have these thoughts, but they can be harmful when frequent or extreme—and have a significant negative impact on your health and wellbeing. Cancellation Policy

1. Payment and Fees The total cost of the program is $960, payable in full at the time of reservation. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms. 2. Scheduling and Session Availability The program includes 8 one-hour sessions, designed to be completed within a 3-month period. Sessions can be scheduled based on mutual availability, with an average biweekly cadence recommended. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you can’t attend a session, you may cancel or reschedule by: Email: hilary@intothewoodswithus.com Phone: 615.205.2274 (voicemails will be honored). Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling. 4. Program Components The program includes exercises, take-home materials, and virtual support via text and email between sessions. Materials and exercises are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed. 5. Confidentiality All sessions are conducted onsite at the Into the Woods Sanctuary in North Franklin, ensuring a private and confidential setting. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with prior written consent. 6. Client Commitment Active participation and completion of assigned exercises and materials are essential for achieving desired outcomes. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly about their goals, progress, and challenges. 7. Coach Responsibilities The coach will provide guidance, resources, and support tailored to the client’s needs and objectives. The coach is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, legal, or medical advice. 8. Termination Policy Either party may terminate the program with written notice. Unused sessions will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at the coach’s discretion. The coach reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. 9. Limitation of Liability The client assumes full responsibility for implementing insights and practices from the program. The coach is not liable for outcomes resulting from the client’s actions or decisions. 10. Agreement By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
