This one-on-one, outdoors-based experience is designed for women who feel overstimulated, scattered, or disconnected—and need more than just a walk in the woods. We slow everything down. Through guided sensory work, stillness, movement, and reflection, you’ll reset your nervous system and re-center your attention inward. Choose from a curated set of nature-based exercises ahead of time—or let me design the flow for you.

Cancellation Policy

If you can't make it to an appointment, you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session start time. Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will be charged 50% of the original booking fee. Flex policy: We offer a one-time reschedule for illness without charge. Stuck?
