The Details
Immerse yourself in a transformative experience by joining our mindful eating practice. Discover the power of being present and intentional in the way you nourish your body. During this session, you will: Learn the benefits of mindful eating Identify one area you'd like to improve in and build an action plan Enjoy a full meal through guided mindfulness techniques, start to finish You will not leave hungry! All in-person events are held at the Into the Woods Sanctuary in North Franklin. You'll receive the address and details within your booking confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before the event start time. Changes made within 24 hours of the event are nonrefundable. By signing up for an event, I am permitting Into the Woods to use my likeness, voice, image, and all other attributes of my person in the photos and videos that are obtained at events they host for use in marketing and promotional materials. I release all rights to the images and videos my person will appear in to Into the Woods for all purposes. I grant Into the Woods permission to use my likeness without payment or compensation of any kind. I waive the right to view or inspect these pieces of media and will not be required to approve the final result and product. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and am competent to agree to these terms of my own free will.
