The Arena is a themed series that meets monthly on the second Saturday and is exclusively designed for women. Each time we meet, we'll show up for ourselves and each other, connect with intention, and walk away with practical skills we can use IRL. (Imagine that!) NOVEMBER: Holiday Hustle & Potluck As the season kicks off, our stress level does too. The pressure to put on the “perfect” gathering, manage expectations in complicated family dynamics, and jump back into the routine the day after the marathon can leave us feeling anything but grateful. During our time together, we'll discuss how to let go of self-imposed pressure, set boundaries and find time for self-care.
