Hello Lovely Ladies! I'm excited to invite y'all to another evening of learning, sharing and practice with an incredibly important topic: self-care during stressful times.

I'd love to share David Rock's SCARF model with you - a tool that has helped me regulate my response to stress and communicate with kindness and compassion for over a decade. Let's also spend some time practicing self-care together, just because we deserve it!

I'm proposing an agenda based on feedback that increased structure and suggested outcomes would be helpful. Please know my mission is to make this a loving space for us to grow together, so consider the below a guide, not a restriction.
