The Details

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is one of the most versatile mental health frameworks. DBT provides mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. These tools help you manage emotions, cope with difficult situations, and improve relationships. This group meets biweekly to learn and practice DBT, discuss wins and challenges, and enjoy a formal afternoon tea together. Each participant is provided all materials, an individual pot of tea and light snacks.
