Hilary E. Clark
Walker of the Talk
I am a certified coach and mediator with over a decade of experience at Stanford University, where I facilitated learning in communication, emotional intelligence, stress management, growth mindset, and leadership development. (Yep, I was a hustler.) As a trauma and PTSD survivor who practices Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I combine personal experience with professional expertise to help others identify behavior patterns that aren't serving them and replace them with healthier, more empowering choices.
In 2024, I founded Into the Woods: A Self-Worth Revolution, my commitment to empowering individuals to embrace their inherent value, reclaim their self-worth, and practice self-compassion. Through practical action, consistent practice, and transformative mentorship, I guide clients in building resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being, helping them create the lives they truly deserve.
Because really, what else matters?
