Collaboration is easy for me. Conflict is not. Being aware of how uncomfortable I am in conflicting situations is giving me a process to follow: Recognize I am uncomfortable. Breath in. Be fully in the conflict, but with an open heart, and also a boundary.

Hilary's class gave me additional actions to use while dealing with stressful situations...to realize when the “fight or flight” response begins to kick in, because the calmer and clearer you are thinking, the more positive results you will see in your decision making.
